Hi NVIDIA,

I need to flash a Jetson TX2 via my company Linux computer (has proxy server).
There is this error during installation:
VPI on Host: Failed to query debian packages details [host]
I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this error.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

Can you please provide the full log for more investigation? The log files are available in ~/.nvsdkm/ directory.

Versions and SDKM itself have changed since then. You’ll probably want to start a new thread and note which JetPack/SDKM version is used, along with any log of the failure. You’d also need to specify if it is host PC side or Jetson side which failed. If Jetson, then you should additionally state whether ssh login from PC to Jetson works.
