i update sdkmanager and find two nano model, one is P3448 other one is P3448-0020.
what’s different about these model?

P3448 refers to Jetson Nano development module with microSD memory and P3448-0020 is Jetson Nano production module with eMMC memory which is yet to be released. Please refer page number 4 in L4T32.2 release notes available in the below link for more details.

Well its more confusing when booting the Jetson Nano Dev kit (which has the microSD) is using the following dts file. What is p3449-000-a02?

Answered my own question
p3448-0000 is the module with micro sd
p3449-0000-a02 is the carrier board.
