SimpleGL - Build Problems

I am trying to build the simpleGL project in Visual Studio 2005, but I get about a 100 build errors. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon x1600, and the latest version of OpenGL. All of the other examples work fine except for that one. The errors look like this:

1>"…/…/common/inc/GL/glh_genext.h", line 57: error: identifier
1> “PFNGLBLENDCOLORPROC” is undefined
1> PFNGLBLENDCOLORPROC glBlendColor = 0;

1>"…/…/common/inc/GL/glh_genext.h", line 58: error: identifier
1> “PFNGLBLENDEQUATIONPROC” is undefined
1> PFNGLBLENDEQUATIONPROC glBlendEquation = 0;

etc.

I don’t think the problem is related to the ATI card, but I can’t be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

While using Visual Studio 2005 I had a similar problem just trying to run regular openGL problems from OpenGL distro’s I founds avalible on the web. Might I recommend if you have not already, try and install the Microsoft Platform SDK that includes OpenGL.

I have the same problem. If i try to compile the SimpleGl project on my nootebook, i will get the same error messages. The GPU on my nootebook is an ati x700 mobile gpu. Any solutions to that topic out there?
