SLAMD64 Running CUDA on SLAMD64

I have successfully built and run the CUDA SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 (x86-64) Toolkit and CUDA SDK on SLAMD64 (release 11.0) which is a Slackware based 64-bit operating system.

The only caveat is to make sure that you are using libstdc++.so.6.0.8.
