Slow download of all Ubuntu packages from China ~2 kb/s

I have new Jetson TX1 with standard Ubuntu 14.04 on it. I’m currently located in China.
Every time I do sudo apt-get update it goes extremely slow.

I have http://prots.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports in /etc/apt/sources.list by default.Obviously this server is not the fastest for China.
I don’t know shinese so I can’t to search on chinese sites.

Please help me.

Also to addition of this issue I’m unable to install the htop and nano even after

sudo apt-add-repository universe
sudo apt-add-repository multiverse
sudo apt-get update

this is so strange.

Oooops, it`s the great wall. I think you need a proxy server.
