Hi @Figment
I used to see this in the previous versions of Audio2Face. Are you using the latest one?
What options do you use in LiveLink? Can you try different sample rates?
I have tried different sample rates but no success, im using the audio2face-data/tracks audio files which are 16khz according to the documentation. Currently using Audio2Face 2023.2.0, tried both Unreal 5.2 and Unreal 5.3 but same issue across both of them.
Could you please send your latest Audio2Face log file? It should be located inside C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face
on Windows and ~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Audio2Face
on Linux?

Thanks for the quick responses
Ok after looking at the log I managed to figure it out, the samples that are being send are actually 48khz, switching the rate in the livelink settings wasnt actually applied because it was overwritten by a livelink preset that I made which was still configured as 16khz, everything seems to be working now. Thanks for the help
Awesome! Can I ask where/how you set the Livelink preset?
Configured it at Project Settings > Plugins > Live Link > Default Live Link Preset
Great thanks!
