Tegrastats why is the GR3D_FREQ current frequency not shown for Jetson Xavier

I was wondering why the current frequency was not shown for Jetson Xavier when running tegrastats: GR3D_FREQ 0% (in the example output), only the GPU usage is shown. The usage number is not followed by @ and then frequency.

For Jetson TX2 and Tegra TX1, the frequency is shown: GR3D_FREQ 0%@114 and GR3D_FREQ 0%@76.

It may be a permission issue for reading some information. Try with sudo:

sudo tegraststs
