The problem of USB Hub for Reference circuit design

We succeed with our New carrier board. but USB don’t work well.

We checked that VDD_USB_VBUSTYPEA is 0V. The DSP1234 pin of RTS5411 is low. The enable pin of tps259530dsg is low and VDD_USB_VBUSTYPEA is 0V. DSP12324 pin is active low and enable pin is active high. is circuit design wrong?

Hi, the USB hub on dev kit output high on pin DSP1234 as it is fused by vendor on request. You can contact Realtek for way to change its output, or change the design of load switch to make enable to active low.
