Hi

As we tested VST and found the “Sensor Status” of Dashboard did not update instantly as a live camera disconnected. Unless run “Sacn sensors” or “Live streams” function to get the update of the “Sensor Status” of the camera.

Is there a way to adjust the delay?

Is there any update?

We found there are two types camera might get different “Sensor Status” and “Sensor Recoding Status” of Dashboard

  1. camera is onvif and VST can auto detect it successfully

  2. camera is manually added to VST through RTSP device of “Add device manually” of Sensor Management

Here are our test updates.

Due to our customer still manually added camera on VST, could you help on camera could not be reconnected back after 15 mins. Since it’s a important function of NVR.
