Thor module T5000 boot fail and flashing unsuccessfully

HI Nvidia team,

My Jetson T5000 module suddenly failed to boot.
I tried to reflash the module, but the flashing process failed.

Please refer to the attached logs:

  • thor_debug

  • flash_1-2_0_20260511-115146(Host)

Could you help analyze what the issue might be?

What is your BSP version?
Please flash with the latest version r38.4.

I am already using BSP version r38.4.0.

From the BSP files:

BSP_BRANCH=38
BSP_MAJOR=4
BSP_MINOR=0
