Toggling visibility for prims

IsaacLab ver 4.5
I used both windows and linux on two different setups - the problem persists.
trying to toggle visibility for assets in the franka lift environment(object and robot).
When I try to toggle it either stays visible or invisible.

i’ve tried multiple ways: assetbase.set_visibility, visibilityAttr(), makevisible()

i’ve tried render after the change using env.render() - that also doesn’t work

i’m trying to get the overlap of prims for semantic segmentation to figure out the distance between these assets. If there’s another way to do that then please tell me.

@oneiljang1625 i am just another user but could you confirm the version of Isaac Sim you are using?

ive tried this method. i run into the same problem of staying visible or invisible. i think the problem may be due to how the environment renders
