TX1 module in the development board can work, and I according to the official reference design circuit design, tx1 can not work
Configuration signals are: POWER_BTN, VIN_PWR_BAD_L, FORCE_RECOVERY_L, RESET_OUT_L, RESET_IN_L, CARRIER_PWR_ON, CHARGER_PRSNT #, there are other needs configuration?

Did you get uart log in topic 992437?
Better try to find where system boot to, if have log may be system already on but need do some software configuration base on your carrier board.

When you say power sequence is correct, you mean the power sequence is same as figure 4 of OEM DG? If you follow OEM DG to make your own carrier board and have been flashed, the system should be on normally.
