[TX2] CAN bus issue

We connect two our private I/O boards for TX2 and test CAN BUS#0 in order to measure its performance. But we got following errors.

Dmesg show :
mttcan c310000.mttcan can0: entered error warning state
mttcan c310000.mttcan can0: entered error passive state
mttcan c310000.mttcan can0: entered bus off state

However, if we just connect single I/O board for TX2 to a car or another board (not for TX2), the CAN Bus#0 works well.

Do you have any idea about it?

Hi,

One of the basic condition to get these errors are When the transceivers are not detected on the bus. Ideally this happens when there is some kind of loose connection. We have got this issue few of the times and fixing the connection helps properly.

Please re-verify with the connection and if you still find the issue, help providing the complete setup and CAN devices configuration details.

We have found working with couple of transceivers from different manufacturers i.e. TI, Microchip etc.
