How do I RMA? I talked to the chat agent and they said I needed to get confirmation here that it needs to be RMA’d, but didn’t provide any information beyond that.

Sorry for one more question. Why does your log start at time stamp 1515? Does that mean you manually turn on something after a while? Since you don’t share the full log, I could just guess.

The reason I asked if you are using sdkmanager is that because some users are using kernel image and rootfs from other vendors and would cause problem.
Please go ahead to do RMA if you are using our official release.
