We are using TX2 8GB module on our own designed motherboard. We face few instances where TX2 suddenly got log out and comes up only after giving power-ON reset.

This is really a lot of guessing, but it seems related to the WiFi. What would really help though is if you can run a serial console log and monitor dmesg. This would survive longer than the system logs (the logging goes tot he host PC instead of the Jetson). Knowing what serial console says at the moment of shutdown would be quite valuable.
