TX2i crashed totally when running about 10+hours at 60℃

hello,

We got a terrible problem when running High Temperature Test:
1.Hardware: TX2i module ,customer carrier board, captrue 2 video and processed video algorithm. This board is fine cause we had used it for 2years and it never got problem.
2.Software environment :L4T version: L4T R32.7.4 ,Kernel 4.9.337.
3.Environment temperature: 60℃
4.TX2i module temperature cat from thermal-reg in OS: 70±2℃
5.Problem presentation:
a. A brandnew TX2i power on and continuously running about 10 hours ,then the TX2i crashed and self-reset.
b. When this TX2i running for the cecond time, it would crash after last self-reset.
c. The crash time is getting shorter and shorter , until the TX2i were totally breakdown and could not reset or power up.
d.This TX2i can NOT be reprogramed
e.We tested several boards and TX2i’s .They will get the same problem . About 5 TX2i modules had breakdown totally.

One of these TX2i SN/PN code : 1422824605210 699-83489-0000-311 . It seems manufactured in 2024.
And we didnt get this problem when use TX2i manufactured before 2024.

Do these TX2i modules have some defect or issue?

d.This TX2i can NOT be reprogramed

What does this mean here? Not able to enter recovery mode?

No , it is not able to enter recovery mode.

Is this “cannot enter recovery mode” tested on NV devkit? or custom board?

If it cannot get flashed on NV devkit +rel32.7.5, please RMA these modules.
