Ubuntu 22.04 has experienced an internal error

I have loaded the GPU with the sdkmanager and what appears to be most recent software.
The GPU OS does ot seem to agree with that, and is generating SIGSEVs in the nvargus-daemon.
This reports the version as Linux 5.15.148-tegra aarch64

Further complaining an “Unreportable Reason” being a number of obsolete package versions installed.
These are things like gstreamer1.0-plugins and libgnutls30 among about 15 others.

Is this a known feature that needs a top hand and tails, oram I still looking at a badly loaded system?

Seems like the system is not well flashed. Please try the manual steps to download/extract the packages and re-flash the Orin Nano developer kit:
