Ubuntu 22.04 image creation steps for Jetson Nano?

Are there any step by step instruction on how one can create an SD image with Ubuntu 22.04 on it that I can use to boot a 4GB Jetson Nano ?

I know there are images that people have posted, I am interested in the steps to create those images so I know what are being installed in the SD image.
