Update Nano from Ubuntu 18.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS?

I have seen a few videos on how to update the OS on Jenson Nano (4 GB) from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS.

Question: it is possible to go one step further and update to 22.04 LTS?
