Upgrade from ubuntu 18.04 to 22.04 or 20.4

I have seen people upgrade there jetson ubentu version, but the nvidia documentations says nothing about it, to assure this
Upgrade from ubuntu 18.04 to 22.04 or 20.4? if yes where can find the SDK image to download?

I just came across new 22 based release https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/jetson-linux-r362

R36.x requires Orin. The old Nano won’t work beyond L4T R32.x, which is Ubuntu 18.04 (L4T is what gets flashed, which in turn is Ubuntu plus NVIDIA drivers). See:

You need Xavier to reach Ubuntu 20.04.

you can upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 but you needed stuck apt hold xorg version to 1.20
