Hi 550399056, Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin? And using Jetpack 5.1.4(r35.6.0)? First, you can just use uefi_Jetson_RELEASE.bin with UEFI debug message disabled to decrease the boot time. To optimize the boot time, you can just refer to Boot Time Optimization — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation for details.

There are also the methods to optimize the boot time in UEFI.

Please note that boot up process includes many boot stages stages(MB1/MB2/bootloader/kerenl/rootfs..etc) so that you should optimize each of them to get the optimized boot time.

You can also refer to Boot Time Optimization - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson Orin NX - NVIDIA Developer Forums and there’s a patch available for UEFI part.
