Unable to flash Jetson Xavier AGX

Here, I am trying to flash 4.5.1.

I have also attempted a 4.4.1 flash with the same result.

I am unable to use 1.9.0_10816 because it shows no available options for Jetpack OS version for 20.04 (my system) for the Xavier AGX.

Please advise what is the ideal host OS version and SDK Manager version I should use to be able to get my Xavier AGX flashed. Or, if there is any procedure that I can do to “clear out” the state on the unit to make it possible to flash it.

ForJetPack 5.x, please have a host PC with Ubuntu 20.04.
For JetPack 4.x, please have a host PC with Ubuntu 18.04.
