Unable to Install sdk manager on Ubuntu 22.04

Our Team just purchased the Jetson AGX Orin developer kit and I am currently running Ubuntu 22.04 and have successfully downloaded NVIDIA sdkmanager_1.8.0-10363_amd64.deb.

However when I try to run sudo apt install this is the response:

$ sudo apt install ./sdkmanager_1.8.0-10363_amd64.deb
Reading package lists… Done
E: Unsupported file ./sdkmanager_1.8.0-10363_amd64.deb given on commandline

Any help is greatly appreciated in how correct this and launch sdkmanager from the terminal.

The Ubuntu 22.04 is not supported for SDK manager and JetPack yet, please try with Ubuntu 20.04 as host PC OS. Thanks
