"Unable to set device in gst_nvstreammux_change_state"

Hi, I cannot run the basic sample which once was all right on my docker with 1080Ti. It says “Unable to set device in gst_nvstreammux_change_state”. What wrong with it?
My os is ubuntu21.04, and the docker is 5.1-21.02-samples.

deepstream-app -c /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream-5.1/samples/configs/deepstream-app/source4_1080p_dec_infer-resnet_tracker_sgie_tiled_display_int8_gpu1.txt
