Hi there, I’m a beginner in USD Composer and I’m trying to update the Scene Optimizer to the latest 106.x version to test the Flatten Hierarchy functionality against my USD scene.
However, as you can see in the attached, I’m getting errors.
I am not understanding why you are trying to load in the 105.2 version of Scene Optimizer into the 106 Kit App Template. That means that something has gone wrong.
What I would do is delete this version of USD Composer and totally flush out all of your Omniverse data and cache. Then go back to our GitHub page and download the latest 106.4 version. I have this now and it works fine with the Scene Optimizer. GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template
I just flushed my kit totally and re-downloaded the KAT 106.4 and it actually comes with Scene Optimizer pre-installed. So try that.
