Would you give me a hint how to convert the scene from Machinima 2022.3.0 to USD Composer 2023.2.5?

Hi there. Thanks for your question. The good news is that both are just normal USD files. Both should be compatible. So you should be able to simply open the usd file from Machinima, in the USD Composer. However, honestly, the latest version of USD Composer is the 106 version.
