Under Jetson TX2, Swap file of 3.8 GB space is seen in System Monitor -How to reduce the size to 1GB?

I can’t seem to find the Swap file in l4t 28.3 (UBUNTU Bionic 18.04). If I did, I could manually resize it. Before 28.3-UBUNTU 16.04-L4T v28.2 , there was no Swapfile and user had to manually create it if I’m not wrong.
