Undesired horizontal lines and broken pixels on the lcd

Hello

I am using jetson nano.
For display I have TFP401 HDMI/DVI Decoder to 40-Pin TTL Breakout - With Touch : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits this hdmi decoder product to drive the this LCD https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/amulet-technologies-llc/AM043NBG01/11611167

I am able to run the lcd but I see some horizontal lines and some pixels are not correct in verticaly.

I changed the edid file to adjust the size to 480x272. Sreen fits but I could not solve this undesired behaviour.

To understand the problem is hardware related or not, I connected the same system to raspberry pi 4 and I did not see any lines or different behaviours.

What can be the issue here ? How should I debug the problem.

What is the exact interface that is connected on jetson side for this panel?
