what language pack is your windows OS?

  • install again
  • switch back to ru

Hi, it seems the installation process is failing to validate your Windows version somehow. I am raising this with the appropriate engineers. In the meantime, can you please share your workbench.log and nvwb.log files here? You should be able to find it using the File Explorer and looking into the AI Workbench distro, the path should be Linux\NVIDIA-Workbench\home\workbench\.nvwb\logs. For more info: Log and Runtime Files — NVIDIA AI Workbench User Guide.

The team is expecting this is an encoding issue, can you please open a powershell terminal and share the output of the following command?
