Upgrade TensorRT and CUDA on AGX Orin without Jetpack 6.0

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade TensorRT to 8.6.x and CUDA to 12.x without upgrading JetPack from 5.1.2 to 6.0? Basically I need the newer TensorRT to enable quantization of a specific layer type but Isaac ROS is only supported on JetPack 5.1.2.

I noticed a similar thread but it was on AGX Xavier and I’m not sure if it would be different for AGX Orin.

Hi,

CUDA 12 can work on the JetPack 5 GPU driver with the compatibility feature.

However, cuDNN and Tensor cannot.
The TensorRT 8.6 packages for L4T only supports Ubuntu 22.04.
