USB lane mapping for config#4 in TX1 for kernel 4.4.38

Hello,

The Nvidia release the new JetPack 3.1 and update the kernel from 3.10.96 to 4.4.38.
But the USB lane mapping in Tegra_Linux_Driver_Package_TX1_Adaptation_Guide.pdf is still the old setting for kernel 3.10.96.
Does anyone know how to setup the new device tree for kernel 4.4.38?
