USB speed slowly on JetPack 6

Hi NVIDIA,

I have a custom carrier board. We upgraded from L4T 35.4.1 to L4T 36.4.0.
When testing JetPack 6 with USB, we noticed the speed is slightly slower (Read: 840, Write: 800).
However, there was no such issue with JP 5.1 (Read: 1G, Write: 989).

Are there any known issues with USB on JetPack 6?
