Connecting camera.nvidia-ip

I’m running a simulator and I’m sending the camera sensor frames over the network. I want to use SAL to create a camera sensor which will recieve the frames over network and I saw there is a camera type “camera.nvidia-ip”. I haven’t found any documentation on the packet format and how to tell the camera its parameters. How should I send the frames and set the camera parameters?
