Detailed Description
I am new to isaac sim. After pip installing isaac sim (5.1.0) on a remote multi-GPU ubuntu machine (Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, 6.8.0-87-generic), I was trying to visualise a running instance using the WebRTC streamling client on my local mac book (macOS 15.7.2). I followed the guideline and used the following command on my remote GPU linux machine:
isaacsim isaacsim.exp.full.streaming --no-window --/app/livestream/publicEndpointAddress=my_remote_machine_ip --/app/livestream/port=4910
In the local Isaac Sim WebRTC streamimng client on my mac, I put the same my_remote_machine_ip in the server entry. However, there is nothing showing in the window and it’s just black. On the remote GPU machine terminal, I can see that:
Isaac Sim Full Streaming App is loaded.
I am not sure where to debug with this, any suggestions with directions? Maybe it is caused by low CUDA peer-to-peer bandwidtch (0.4GB/s) and latency (49298.6 us)? I can see a few fair amount of yellow warnings but nothing red when loading the Isaac Sim on the remote machine.
Error Messages
Nothing showing on the WebRTC streaming client
Screenshots or Videos
Additional Information
The remote Linux machine is not in the same network as the local mac, however, the mac is connected to the same network via VPN. And the mac has ssh access to the remote linux machine.
