What is the difference between Jetson Linux 34.1 and general Linux Kernel 5.10 on ubuntu 20.04?

I was looking up jackpack document site and found Jetson Linux 34.1 based on linux kernel 5.10.
Does it mean actually customized kernel from general linux kernel 5.10 or the same kernel?

The kernel in L4T 34.1 is customized one. We are trying to make it same as general one but still have difference.

Same idea to old 32.x release.
