I am using the monitor DP for the Windows desktop for the high resolution, however I couldn’t get the Jetson Nano to display anything using a DP-HDMI cable, so I am switching the DP port between the two temporarily.

You need a active DP-HDMI cable which has chip inside in charge of converting the signal format between DP and HDMI.
