What's the difference of USB 2.0, Port 2 and USB 2.0, Port 1 of Jetson NANO

The peripherals we connect are USB2.0 touch screens,When we connected to USB 2.0/Port 2 , sometimes the touch screen did not work(the oscilloscope test signal is normal, the power supply is normal). but If we connected to USB 2.0/Port 1,the touch screen could work steadily (the two ports use the same power supply).

Is the issue on your custom board? Seems to be a different hardware board from the description. Please also share your release version(r32.3.1?).
