Where is NVStreamer?

I am trying to install and run platform services, using JP 6.0 and this page.
https://docs.nvidia.com/moj/setup/quick-start.html

However it says to get NVStreamer from an NGC link, and the link is dead. Do I need NVStreamer? Why didn’t it get installed with Deepstream? Where do I get it?

I see here that NVStreamer is optional, and used for video files instead of live feeds.

But it refers me to the Quick Start page to download the application bundle from NGC, and gives a 404 link for that. Where can I get instructions for downloading, installing, and running the app?

Here is another dead link. This page says PyTorch for JetPack,
JP 6.0, was released on 2024/05/28. But the documentation is a dead link.
