where to find CUDA driver for thinkpad sl400

hi, guys
I have been trapped in getting cuda driver work for thinkpad sl400. my display card is GeForce 9300m gs, and my OS is windows xp 32.
I not only download the lastest driver from the nvidia web site, but also the thinkpad web site. Neither works. Keen for your help. :rolleyes:

I download the wrong driver(181.20_geforce_winxp_32bit_english_whql).

The exact driver should be 181.22_notebook_winxp_32bit_english_beta.
