Why I cannot download Jetson Nano Developer Kit SD Card image

At first, I entered this page (JetPack SDK | NVIDIA Developer) to download this sd card image.
However, I tried many times and used many browsers. I can only get a file whose size is only 42B.

Hmm I was just able to download the Nano image ok from this link - https://developer.nvidia.com/jetson-nano-sd-card-image

Can you try again, and if you still have problems downloading it, please let me know which region you are downloading from. Thanks!

Even if I try this one, I also cannot download the image. My region is China. As far as I know, the people in this region also cannot download it.
