I’m using 8GB xaviernx.
It’s 6848.4MB on jp5.1.1 and 7953752MB on jp4.6.3 why?
I see the status with command top
KiB Mem : 7953752 total, 7210904 free, 491368 used, 251480 buff/cache
MiB Mem : 6848.4 total, 3958.1 free, 1521.2 used, 1369.1 buff/cache

May I ask. How did you flashed the Xavier NX? I recalled that NVIDIA made this annotation about the upgrading process JetPack 4.x to 5.x in case you are using an SD card: Flashing Support — Jetson Linux<br/>Developer Guide 34.1 documentation. This may apply to your case.

I flash it by sdkmanager also by the command ./flash jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-emmc mmcblk0p1
I use EMMC not SD card.
