Hello there,

We have planned to design a carrier board based on Xavier NX SOM (EMMC Version) Is it possible to interface external EMMC chip (Part no : MTFC2GMVEA-0M WT)with Xavier NX SOM? in carrier board through SDMMC? since there are three SDMMC controller and in TRM and it is mentioned that all the controllers are capable for driving EMMC.

But then there is a note that Dual EMMC is not supported. what does this means?

As you can see in Design Guide, the SDMMC port to carrier board is for SD Card or SDIO use only.
