Please visit the NVIDIA developer program, then you can see the “Join” at the top-right side.

I joined the NVIDIA Developer Program long ago and still can’t access it.

Update:

31.0.2 was a developer preview release and is no longer supported.

I’m facing the exact same problem trying to access a document:

I registered twice and both accounts are not accessing this document, which is not something you shouldn’t be able to access.

What should I do?
