A Successfully Debugged and Functional CUDA Application Caused System "unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000058"

Hi, I am a physics student using CUDA/GPU to accelerate my computer simulation applications. I have an application which is carefully memory managed, and successfully debugged. However, I received “BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000058” after several minutes of launching my application, although it functions and output right transient results before system oops.
I don’t know whether this Topic belongs to here, since this problem combines kernel and my CUDA application.
The source codes is a little bit long, but if needed, let me know.
