Failed to boot the JetsonXavierNX device from the USB flash drive

I wanted to boot from the USB flash drive and proceed step by step as described in the document, but when I finally inserted the USB flash drive and booted, I could not identify the USB. Does the BootLoader not support boot from USB flash drive? But I see the manual can be started from the U disk, help to see where the problem, thank you

  2. I don’t think you really fallback to 32.7.1 successfully. The release date of rel-32.7.1 is 2022/2. But the log you just posted tells us your kernel is built in 2022/April…

Could you confirm if you really follow exact steps as our document?

Basically, when you see " root=/dev/sda1" in your kernel cmdline, then rootfs will be mounted from this disk.
I saw there is a script “rootOnNVMe”, did you ever run this to your device before?

If so, please format your usb drive and restart the steps again. That script is not our official tool so we don’t guarantee what it set there.
I remember there was similar question that some users tried that tool and they cannot set rootfs to other device afterwards.
