Hi @edlopsilv,
Could you please confirm:
Btw, if you’re using the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano developer kit, please also attach the ZIP from SDK Manager’s Export Debug Logs for the failed installation.
Thanks.
Sure, is a Jetson Origin Nano developer kit.
It was working with the 5.1.3 version.
Thanks for the support.

Hi @edlopsilv,
The logs show that flashing failed while processing the partition table on the microSD card.
Could you please:
Please back up any data on the replacement card first, as flashing will erase it.
Thanks.
Hi @wichiu
The original microSD card had a capacity of 32 GB. I swapped it for a 64 GB card while maintaining the same SDK Manager settings, but I am still encountering the same error.
Attached are the logs for reference.
Best regards.

After using SDK Manager to install JetPack 6.2.3, I can access the Jetson using a USB-to-TTL converter.
What is the procedure to use the DisplayPort again?
Hi @edlopsilv,
Your screenshot shows that Ubuntu is booting. Help me check whether the graphical login service is running.
Please run the following commands through the UART console and share the output:
cat /etc/nv_tegra_release
systemctl status display-manager --no-pager -l
Also, are you connecting the monitor directly through DisplayPort or using an adapter?
Thanks.
Hi. @wichiu
Here are the screenshots of the command outputs. I am connecting the monitor through an adapter that worked in the past.
Hi,
Could you try connecting monitor directly with a known-good DP cable, without the adapter?
Btw, your output shows L4T 36.4.4, which corresponds to JetPack 6.2.1 not 6.2.2.
Thanks.
