Jetson Orin Nano screen does not display after booting to jetpack 6

Hello, I’m new to the Jetson nano machine, today I upgraded the Jetson Orin Nano Development Kit from Jetpack 5.1.3 to jetpack 6.2 following the instructions of this link: 🚀 Initial Setup Guide - Jetson Orin Nano - NVIDIA Jetson AI Lab . I followed and got to the boot step with jetpack 6.2, set up the system, created an account, downloaded the chromium browser and one more setup step later, it automatically rebooted and displayed the image as shown in the video tutorial. But after that, the screen black and nothing show anymore but the fan still working. Pls help me with this. Tks

Hi,
I did step 7 Reboot and observe firmware update to 36.4.3 in this link 🚀 Initial Setup Guide - Jetson Orin Nano - NVIDIA Jetson AI Lab. it displays the NVIDIA logo and lines like the image below,

after those lines are finished running the screen is black and nothing else is displayed even though the fan still starts and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours but nothing happens, sometimes it shows the mouse pointer but when I move it disappears and the screen is black again, I tried updating the jetpack to 5.1.3 but the result is still the same.

Some options you could try:

• (Recommended Approach) Prepare a native ubuntu (dual boot/bared mental) not a virtual machine and install sdk manager to flash your device.
• Prepare a VMware and follow the topics
• Flash sd card with JP6.2 version and insert in device.
