Jetson Orin Nano not booting with Jetpack 5

I bought a Jetson Orin Nano with UEFI 36.3.0 and an Arducam AR0234. Since this cam is not supported by Jetpack 6, I need to resort to Jetpack 5. Therefore I downloaded and flashed Jetpack 5.1.3 on an SD card. However, when I start the Jetson, I get the errors

So I tried Jetpack 5.1.2. However, this is also not working, since after the NVIDIA boot screen, the screen becomes black with a flashing cursor and the fan stops but the green light on the Nano is still on.

I also tried Jetpack 6 for reference, which is working.

Please have a host PC with Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 to install SDK manager to flash your device by JetPack.
