I followed the instructions in the Windows environment, installed the jet pack 5.1.3 image on the SD card and tried to boot. But on a black screen, the cursor blinks and does not work. It gives the same result whether my ethernet card is plugged in or not. please help me. After the picture below, it goes to a black screen and the cursor blinks and gets stuck.

today i had the same problem with my Nvidia Jetson Orin Development kit.
I followed the steps here (🚅 Initial Setup Guide - Jeton Orin Nano 🆕 - NVIDIA Jetson AI Lab).
First I checked the Version which was preinstaled. It was Version 3.0-32616947.
I followed the step 2 and flashed jetpack 5.1.3 from on the SD Card. Afterward I folowed step 3 and rebooted the Nvidia Jetson with the flashed SD card in it.
Severall times it just said L4t launcher: Attempting direct Boot and then everything was Black and nothing happend. The fan gone off and then on again, but on screen everything was black.
After I plug off and in the Power supply a few times and tried to reboot again an update happend.
Now I had the new Version 5.0-36094991. After that the Booting i have the black screen again.
Please find a Ubuntu PC and install SDK Manager to flash your device.
