NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super Initial Setup Issue

I just got an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super. I flashed my 128 GB microSD with Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit
JetPack 5.1.3 image because my Jetson UEFI firmware version is 3.0-32616947 built on 2023-02-21.

Based on the initial setup guide here, I was able to reach step 2.4 (Power-on under Boot with JetPack 5.1.3 SD card to schedule firmware update section).

However, what happens is that I still get a blank screen after a couple seconds. I waited for 5, 10, and 15 minutes successively to see if it can boot into Jetson Linux system, but to no avail.

It doesn’t show me any indication of the firmware update.

Attached is a pdf of what my screen looks like before it turns off. jetson_issue.pdf (870.3 KB). Do note that it is still powered on, and the processor seems to be heating up. But the fan stops working.

I tried rebooting it multiple times with multiple wait times between successive sessions while keeping the power plugged in for as long as possible before rebooting, but to no avail. Kindly assist.

I was able to figure out the issue based off the reply by @chitokuyantov8861 in one of his YouTube videos.

The issue my system had was that the OS chain A status was NOT set to normal by default. I believe this should be mentioned in the user guide, as it would save hours of debugging time.

Glad to know issue resolved and thanks for provide the suggestions, I will forward your comments to internal team to improve it.

Thank again.
